Event Application
If your ministry is hosting an event, use this form to provide necessary info for event approval.
If event is not submitted prior to 12 weeks before the event, it will not be accepted. This timing allows us to reserve spaces, dates, and individuals you may need for the event. Additionally, this form is sent to our communications team so that they may adequately share your event with your church and your ministry.
One Church Finance Request
If applying for funding for an event, please submit 6 weeks prior to your event along with the separate event application. If your request is not event specific, but has a ‘Need By Date’ please submit it 2 weeks prior to that date. All other inquiries submit it accordingly.
Members Contact Info
Need to contact an individual or family in your ministry, use this link to log into your One Church Software account to view members contact info.
Pastor / Leadership Counseling
If you, your spouse, or someone in your family needs counseling (family counseling, marriage, addiction, depression / anxiety or the like) our district is a part of the ‘Full Strength Network’
Non “One Church Ministry” Building Use
If you need the use of the building and are not in a leadership role at One Church or the purpose is not related to a ministry of One Church this is the space for you.
